1.Just for today I will be happy
- ermm i need to make up my minds to be happy since happiness is from within..it is not a matter of externals
- dunt wori be happy..:)
- And not try to adjust everything to my own desires..
- be flexible babe....
- will exercise it-(mana program jogging ko ilang...asik kumpul lemak je)
- care for it,nourish it,-(he..he drink a lots of water,jaga muka,jaga pemakanan,senyum & sengih alwiz...
- not abuse it or neglect it..(erm mentally n physically)
- will learn sumthing useful-(byk yg kena bljr ni...)
- will not be mental loafer-(wah sound like kena "critical thinking" alwiz
- will read something-(membaca gedung pengetahuan-mn ayat aku dpt nih???)
- will do somebody in good turn n not get found outwill do things i dont want to do-(byk lagi mende nak explore nih)
- will do at least one things i dont want to do (ape ye aku x suka??) just for exercise
6.Just for today i will agreeable
- will look as well as i can...(maintain cute..he..he)
- dress as becomingly as possible(alamak kena gi grooming class nih??)
- talk low,act courteeously..(cuba2)
7.Just for today i will try to live through this day only
- not to tackle my whole life problem at once
8.Just for today i will have program.
- make sure ur life hv program so that cam eliminate hurrying n indecision
9.Just for today i will have quiet half hour all by myself n relax.
- will think of God- be a good muslim so i can get litle more perspective into my life
10.Just for today i will be unafraid especially
- i will not be afraid to be happy........
- to enjoy what is beautiful.....
- to luv n believe that those i luv,luv me too....
