my life in 1st Quarter 2009

Ya Allah..

x update pon...apa la nak jadi..

ermm ok..1st quarter of 2009..lot of things happened..
for the 1st two month of this year spent more time with family esp my late beloved father..
almost every week balik ke kg/hospital..
akhirnye di subuh jumaat 27.02.2009..dia meninggalkan kami semua..

kini almost 60days..saya dan keluarga masih lagi dan akan sentiasa mengingati segala kenangan bersamanye..my father still the best man in my life..Al-fatihah

3rd n 4th month..
biasa2 jek..try to focus to my yearly planning...(career,relationship,friendship,vacation n blablabla..
try to be good person as i can be~~InsyaAllah

Juadah berbuka part 2

Taraaa...ni dia part 2..more delicious dishes from me...

no 1-nasi ayam

dibuat dlm last week...sy rasa biasa2 je..mayb sbb sy penah masak yg lbh sedap dr ni..ayam plak goreng cam agak rentung-shima yg buat...hu..hu but at the end of story-iwan -peminat nasi ayam sy no 1...

no 2-puding laici

dibuat pd last week n dibawa ke majlis berbuka pose vivarian dsara...okla..nice trial for 1st time making it..ain pon tlg n kami decide utk buat more colourful by put some pink colour on it..putih laici tu cam boring jekk...

no 3-chocolate chip ice cream

bukan di makan di bulan pose...saje nak wat korg tergoda...ha..ha

dh potong2 br igt nak amik gambar...sempat bg to my officemate n mimi-i know u'll like it..

anyway thnks kpd pemberi kek eskrem yg best skali...hbs my diet plan time tu...

no 4-nasi tomato + dalca + ayam masak merah

nasi saya yg masak..nasi agak masam skit..over letak tomato..well tomato murah time tu

dalca -long bcoz she quite well in cooking this kind of dishes...

ayam masak merah-sy prepare bahan n long skali lg masak..(kena bg org yg ada tenaga masak)

sempat gak bg kt angah n cik zura...even pas buka pose...

ni saja la tuk kali ni...smbg later...nnt sy upload gmbr nik makaroni yg syok sendri...with sardin roll chikma

Juadah berbuka di kampung halaman

Taraaa....ni dia antara juadah berbuka puasa di kg-1st ramadhan

karipap n buah melaka...my request-lama dh ngidam esp buah melaka...

so we started around 3.30pm for prepare all the ingredients..

watak utama dlm pembikinan juadah ini adalah

1)mak -tkg bancuh tepung...

2)saya-tukang buat inti karipap n tukang letak kelapa parut kt buah melaka-hu..hu keja yg mencabar)

3)ain n anis -tukang membulatkan buah melaka)

4)shima-tukang buat pastri utk karipap & goreng karipap yg berbonjol2..he..he.-minyak panas sgt la dey)

5)Are-skali dia pon nak tulung...nyebuk dok pastri...smpi dia bantai mesin no 5

6)Akak Jan-rebus buah melaka

n tak lupa achik-pi kedai beli sardin-sbb inti kentang x cukup..so hajat are nak buat karipap sardin termakbul...

so inilah hasilnye setelah jd....everyting is yummy..

tp entahlah..becoz so rushing nak balik ke kl....mkn kuihnye skit...

ade tapau but already no mood to eat..

will update more ramadhan dishes later.:)....
